Children's Theatre - Princess & the Pig

Folksy theatre are delighted to be performing their musical adaptation of Jonathan Emmett’s “The Princess & The Pig’. ‘There’s been a dreadful mix-up in the royal nursery. Priscilla the princess has switched places with Pigmella, the farmer’s new piglet! The kindly farmer and his wife believe it’s the work of a good witch. The ill-tempered King and Queen squarely blame a bad witch. It’s the sort of thing that happens all the time in fairy tales!’ Pre-booking – £13.50 adult, £10.00 concession, £8.00 child, £38.00 family. On the gate – £15.00 adult, £12.00 concession, £10.00 child, no family ticket on the night. Bring along your picnics, blankets, folding chairs plus friends & family to enjoy this wonderful open-air production, filled with music, and puppetry!

Steam on the Road

A weekend showcasing the very best of steam on the road, and steam on the rails! Over the years we have seen many traction engines visit the Severn Valley Railway, and in 2017 we're hoping to have a number of road steam vehicles head to Kidderminster Station for a gathering. From steamrollers, traction engines and steam wagons, to steam trains running on the Railway, take a trip back to the glory years with our summer steam rally.

Grab your wingman….Top Gun is heading to Cosford!

One of the most iconic aviation movies of all time ‘Top Gun’ will be showcased on a giant inflatable screen at the Royal Air Force Museum Cosford on Saturday 23 September 2017. This 80’s cult classic military movie is the first to be shown in the Museum’s new outdoor event which will take place in the spacious grounds, against a backdrop of aircraft.
